The Civil Division of the High has ruled in favor of Bob Kasango widow allowing her to bury the body Fort Portal City.
Justice Lydia Mugamba has in the ruling brought an end to a long feud between the widow, Nice Kasango on one hand and biological mother to the deceased.
Whereas the widow insisted Kasango who was not in good terms with his relatives in Toronto willed that he should be buried at his acquired property in Gweri, Fort Portal. The mother and brothers to Kasango argued it would be a shame to the clan for their own to be buried at the In-laws.
Consequently, police took charge of the body until such a time that the two families would reach a concensus. This was never to happen prompting the widow to run to court.
In her ruling the judge has decreed that Kasango be buried according to his will, the burial to take place not later than 4 days from today and that all members of Kasango family be allowed to attend
