Old students of Kaboyi primary government aided school in Namisndwa district have raised their concern over delayed rehabilitation of the school.
According to Boniface Wakwano, the chairperson of old students at Kaboyi primary school while speaking to our reporter, the district allocated 4.9 million shillings to renovate the school especially in painting, replacing doors and windows.
He told this reporter yesterday 8TH February 2022 that the district education officer told them that work was going to commence in January this year but they are shocked that up to now nothing has started.
Wakwano also says that they want the district to come out and explain the delay of works warning that they are going to storm the district offices next week.
However, Sophie Kuloba, the acting Namisindwa District Education Officer when contacted on phone said Old students are not concerned with any development of the school.
