Burudika Na East FM Concert Leaves Tororo Municipality Revelers Craving for More

Tororo revelers must still be in a jovial mood after Sheebah Karungi AKA Swag Mama who was the official artiste for Burudika na’ east FM 2022 made them sing and dance themselves lame over the weekend.
The colorful event (Burudika na’ east FM) which literally means enjoy with east FM was organized as East FM Radio in Tororo celebrate 7 years of on air broadcast to their audience.
East FM is a franchise of Tan media that include TBS radio in Soroti and Eastnews website. By 8pm, the revelers from across Tororo had begun flocking into Lion Children’s Park eager to dance and cheer their favorite artistes during performances time.
Performances from Local artists started at around 10pm entertaining the already excited and cheerful crowd before ‘Party animal’ hit maker, Coco Finger set the ball rolling on stage as one of the first guest artistes who came with Sheebah.
Coco finger, a slim vocalist of both rapid-fire chatting and powerful melodic singing put up very energetic performances that saw the crowd expressing signs that it was worth being in Burudika na East Fm.
Shortly after his stage performance, 4by 4 hit maker Kalifah AgaNaga proved to the Tororo Revelers and East FM fans that he still owns his place in the music industry. Aganaga took to the stage to perform his biggest hits like Ndabirawa and Oyitanganyo and it was an amazing performance.
His performance ushered in Swag mama or Queen Sheebah, the queen of the night who came on to mad cheers and she was quite the performer, by 2:40am turning the Party animals more cheerful as they sang, and danced along to her songs.
Those who could not afford to enter inside had pressure outside with some attempting to cut the make shift Mabati fence to enter in. The Tulibulunji new hit maker Clever J missed in action though the event organizers had paid him fully to perform with excuse that he got an accident while leaving Kampala for Tororo.
Burudika Na East FM radio is organized annually to celebrate and give back to the listeners with many walking away with goodies. This year as the Radio Marked seven years of Broadcast, it partnered with different companies like club beer, Coca-Cola and many others. The biggest winner walked away with a brand new Motorcycle.
Being one of the winners was just simple; one would only buy a ticket and enter a draw to win a brand new motorbike, fridges, flat screens, bicycles and more goodies.
Radio East is one of the media houses under Tan Media that includes Teso Broadcasting Services in Soroti and East News website based in Mbale owned by eastern business Tycoon Sanjay Tanna also the former Tororo Municipality MP and aspirant for NRM vice Chairperson Eastern region.
