School authorities of Ntare School located in Mbarara, Western Uganda has suspended all S.6 students for what it calls high degree of indiscipline.
In a letter dated 3rd October 2023, the Headmaster of one of the oldest and prestigious school in Western Uganda, Mr. Rwampororo, the students last night deliberately destroyed school property including the recently installed CCTV cameras around the school.
The fate of the students due to sit for their UACE is yet to be known since the suspension is indefinite.
“The Board of Governors will subsequently sit to assess the damage and chart the way forward,” reads Mr. Rwampororo’s letter to all the S.6 parents.
The reason why the students vandalized the school property is not yet known as the school administrators from other sources have remained tight lipped.
