The former Deputy Town Clerk, Jinja has been arraigned before the Anti-Corruption Court, Kololo today, 27th October 2023.
Waidhuba was charged on two counts of Fraudulent Procurement of Certificate of Title & Conspiracy to Defraud.
Waidhuuba Jofram who is charged together with a one, Tusiime Isaac in 2018, while employed by Jinja Municipal Council as Deputy Town Clerk irregularly signed transfer forms to enable a private company, God Will Agencies Ltd procure a Certificate of Title on govt land.
The said Company was owned by Tusiime Isaac who according to the State House Anti-Corruption Unit is on the run.
