President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni unlike many Ugandans who are bashing TV Personality, Justine Nameere for marrying a much younger Kennedy Nsubuga, has blessed the marriage.
President Museveni’s blessing of the marriage was revealed by an excited Nameere herself on her Twitter/X handle on the evening of 31st January, 2024.
Nameere reveals that the Fountain of Honour blessed her wedding by gifting them with 10 healthy cows.
“My Best Friend and I got married. I thank Almighty God for the Blessings and Mercy. A big salute to the Commander In Chief, H.E President @KagutaMuseveni for honoring us with a gift of 10 cows,” Nameere wrote.
Nameere who is Special Senior Presidential Advisor on Greater Masaka Region Affairs reveals further that the President was represented by the 3rd Deputy Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Rukia Nakadama.
Nameere’s wedding took place on 30th January, 2024 at Masjid Salaf Mosque located at Bombo in Kampala City. She has allegedly also converted into Islam attaining the name, Jahan.
The festivities commenced earlier on January 15, 2024, when Justine Nameere proudly introduced Kennedy Nsubuga to her parents in a heartwarming Kwanjula Ceremony.
