Rumours circulating in the city have it that Bugingo who is not new to controversy now resides at Kenlon Hotel near Salt Media, with another hot chick.
It is said that Susan has been nursing cold nights for at least five months now since her hubby fled their matrimonial home.
Pastor Bugingo divorced his ex-wife Teddy Naluswa Bugingo accusing her of denying him conjugal rights for at least 10 years before he jumped into bed with Susan.
