MBALE CITY
As Mbale city continues to clean the city, authorities have removed all food vending operators at the main Bus Park.
This was revealed by Jolly Hasoho, the Mbale City Deputy Town Clerk while speaking to our reporter on Tuesday, 15th April, 2025.
According to Hasoho, the Mbale Main Bus Park has been occupied by people who cook food and vend in town yet the place was meant for buses.
She says that they are soon going to force buses which park on streets back to the Bus Park after putting taxis in order.
The deputy town clerk urged bus drivers to start going back to the bus park since the space in enough to accommodate them before enforcement day reaches.
Some of the Bus drivers like Asuman Kamulega expressed their happiness with the council enforcement of removing food vendors from their premises.
