“As Africans including those in diaspora- we can work together to achieve a United States of Africa. We have 50 million people in America, 100 million people in South America and a billion people on African continent. Therefore, I call upon all these people to come together and build Africa,” Kimathi sounded his appeal.

Pan Africanist Kimathi noted that western powers want to see Africans divided and challenged all Africans to work towards becoming one Africa and one family.

Meanwhile, Irumba emphasized the need for one Africa, one United States of Africa, one passport for Africa and a boarder free Africa.

“We reaffirm our destiny as Africans united in the struggle, owned by shared history and propelled by the vision of all sovereign and indivisible continent called Africa,” he said.

He revealed that they are going to make a declaration dubbed as Kampala Declaration which calls upon African people to resist all forces of imperialism, external domination, and a vow to defend the dignity, sovereignty and prosperity of Africa.

‘We shall tell the world enough is enough. Africa must unite, we must have one visa for Africa, and we must be one Africa. All countries including Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya can be provinces with a king in each province but there must be one country called Africa and one currency for Africa,” Mr. Irumba emphasized.

Mr. Andrew Irumba continued that: “In honor of heroes, we draw from the internal legacy of Kwama Nkurumah, Julius Nyerere, Nelson Mandela among others .They continue to lit the path towards total liberation. Their blood and vision reminds us that our struggle is far from over, Mr. Irumba said.
