The Uganda People’s Defence Forces and other security agencies are in shock and grief following the demise of Brigadier General Tom Kikoyo Kabuye who was found dead on Monday morning September 8,2025, in Luweero district
According to a statement released by his family, Kabuye who was the Assistant Chief of Defence Intelligence, was found dead in Kikyusa Town Council.
“With deep sorrow, I regret to announce the untimely death of one of our own members and a great son of Luwero District. Brig Gen Tom Kabuye was discovered dead this morning at Kikyusa Town Council. May his soul rest in eternal peace,” the statement read.
However, the circumstances surrounding his death are still a mystery and unclear but soon the UPDF will release an official statement on his death.
