ENTEBBE
A fatal accident occurred last night at 8:00 pm on October 3,2025 at Lake Victoria Hotel opposite Entebbe State House, claiming life of a lady while a boda rider was severely injured. The injured boda rider and the dead passenger were rushed to Entebbe General Refferal hospital.
The terrible accident involved a land cruiser that was rushing to Entebbe International Airport to pick a client but due to over speeding, the driver lost control and knocked a boda rider who was carrying a female passenger who resides in Lugonjo zone in Entebbe Division B.
Eyewitnesses attribute the cause of accident to the reckless driver who was driving at a terrific speed. However, Entebbe Traffic police have not yet issued a formal statement regarding the accident.
