Masereka was born on 25th May, 1998 at Nyakitokoli village at the slopes of Mt. Rwenzori, Karangura Sub County, Burahya County in Kabarole district.
He went to Nyakashura Junior School for primary, then Kilembe S.S from S.1 to S.3 and completed his S.4 at Fort Portal S.S. The young politician then joined Westville High School for his Advanced Level education.
Masereka says he can’t participate in NRM Primaries because there is a lot of ‘katemba” there and will present himself as an Independent candidate.
