Teacher Ruptures His P.4 Pupil in Aggravated Defilement Case

Police at Namisindwa district has today arrested 35 year old teacher identified as Peter Wati for aggravated defilement.

 

Wati the suspect is a teacher of Matuwa primary school Bukhabusi Sub County at Namisindwa district who allegedly defiled his p4 pupil aged 12 years.

 

According to Doe Mutambo, one of the locals who reported Wati to Bukhabusi police post, it was the child who told him that the teacher defiled her which made her to have difficulties in walking after being  ruptured.

 

Emma Bwayo, the area elect youth district councilor condemned the vice urging police to take the matter seriously and prosecute Wati such that he can be an example to others.

 

He adds that teachers defiling pupils is becoming notorious routine in the district which has affected girl child education since police and local leaders have not been taking serious interventions.

 

 

However, Richard Anyama, the Namisindwa district police commander admitted hearing the information but added that he had not got the details from OC of Bukhabusi police post where Wati has been detained.
