The Premier League is one of the most competitive and lucrative Leagues in the world, it also has one of the highest paid players.
This website carried out a research and found the list of the highest top 10 paid players.
Leading the pack as of this season is Manchester United’s goal keeper, David De Gea who is earning £375,000 a week equivalent to slightly above 1.6 billion Uganda shillings.
Second to De Gea is Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at £350,000-per-week.
He is followed by Manchester City duo of Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling who are being paid £300,000-per-week. However, Kevin De Bruyne will soon be earning more than this after today’s new deal.
Paul Pogba of Manchester United comes fifth with £270,000-per-week.
At number sixth, is his teammate, Anthony Martial with £250,000-per-week.
Sergio Aguero of Manchester City and Liverpool’s Mo Salah are tied at seventh position with earnings of £220,000-per-week.
Meanwhile Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell is number nine with earnings of £190,000-per-week.
Virgil van Dijk closes the top ten list with £180,000-per-week. Virgil is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club Liverpool.
