The much hyped Azawi Show scheduled for last Saturday 26th February at Hype Park in Soroti City was postponed by the organizers, Josh Kingdom Entertainment.

This website learnt that the show couldn’t proceed because the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in partnership with the Teso Affairs Ministry organized a mega show called ‘Back to Work’ Concert on the same date.

The back to work concert was a free concert that had well over twenty artistes from Teso Sub Region and fifteen artistes from Karamoja Sub Region.

According to Josh Kingdom entertainment spokesperson, DJ spittch, they were forced to postpone the show till 12th March in which Azawi and a few artists from Teso will entertain fans.

“Let’s turn up in big crowds and support the back to work concert and later the Azawi show scheduled for next month, the entry fee remains the same 10,000 ugx for ordinary, 20,000 ugx for VIP and a table that comes with a bucket of five beers and a bottle of wine goes at 200,000 ugx, let’s turn up in big numbers,” he added.

Meanwhile the CEO of Josh Kingdom entertainment said that the first 400 people to turn up between 7-9pm will get chance to take selfies and photos with the singer.
