ADEKE POWER! FDC’s Candidate wins Kyambogo University Guild Race

Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Candidate has won the Kyambogo University Guild race.

 

Serge Tumwine was yesterday declared winner after garnering 5,915 votes beating his closest challenger, Elijah Mandwa of NUP who managed to get 3,55o votes.

 

NRM’s Amwesigwa Wycliffe came in second last with a paltry 193 votes.

Tumwine becomes Kyambogo’s 18th Guild President.

 

The FDC Party that sent Hon. Adeke Ebaju to campaign for Tumwine on the eve of the elections celebrated the victory claiming their candidate won in all polling stations.
