Ngora Retired Head teacher, Wife Murdered in Bajaj Robbery

The former Head Teacher of St. Aloysius Dem Primary School in Ngora District together with his wife have been murdered by yet to be identified killers.


According to Oscar Ageca Gregory, the East Kyoga Police Spokesperson, the duo met their death on 12th March (Saturday) by people who also made off with their motorcycle.


Ageca told the media that the matter was reported to Serere Central Police Station by the area LCI of Adoku Village, Osuguru Parish, Olio Sub County, David Otim Oyara.


Consequently police has opened a file of the Murder and aggravated robbery of motorcycle under vide CRB 151/2022 of Serere CPS.


It’s alleged that at a yet to be identified time, a one Mr. Esaru Francis a male adult aged 87 years, and a retired Head teacher and his wife Ikwamu Gabudensia a female adult aged 77 were murdered by yet to be identified persons.

Ageca noted that the assailants also after this heinous act stole the deceased’s motor cycle Bajaj Boxer red in colour registration number UDY 900Q.


Ageca added that the Police have visited the scene, picked the bodies of the deceased couple which were conveyed to Serere health centre IV mortuary for postmortem so as to ascertain the cause of death.


He called upon anyone who has information that may aid in investigation of the matter including the whereabouts of the motorcycle, to approach any Police establishment or to call Serere police station on Tel No: 0393241864.
