The incident happened last night, 22nd December, 2022 at around 11:30PM in Mbuya where the said lorry driver circumvented the CDF’s lead car with its lights and GB siren on and headed for the principal’s car which he hit.

According to the Defence Spokesperson, Brig. Gen. Felix Kulayigye, the Chief of Defence Forces, General Wilson Mbadi was from attending a meeting in Mbuya Military Headquarters.

Kulayigye says, after hitting the CDF’ car, soldiers opened fire deflating the attacking or aggressive lorry and Police later arrested the driver.
