NAMISINDWA
The new Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Namisindwa has promised to fight corruption and absenteeism amongst civil servants at different local government offices.
Imran Muluga made these remarks on Thursday, 9th March, 2023 while officially taking over office as new RDC of Namisindwa following last week’s reshuffle.
The RDC made this statement after the outgoing RDC, Fredrick Bango reported to him that he has been fighting those two problems in Namisindwa urging him to start from where he ended.
Mulugu says that he is going to make sure that such vices stop in the district so that people can get service delivery.
Aramazani Wabuko, the NRM district Chairperson, Namisindwa, asked the new RDC to popularize Parish Development Government programs such that people can improve on their household incomes.
Muluga was transferred from Bukedea district to Namisindwa as Fredrick Bango was moved from Namisindwa to Kaliro district.
