More than 50 Children Trained in Islamic Values in Namisindwa District

More than 50 children from Namisindwa District have been trained on Islamic Values. The training was conducted at Mufutu Mosque under Lwakhakha Twale in Namisindwa District.

 

Imam Issa Watsala, the head of Mufutu Mosque revealed that the 50 children were trained for three weeks in several fields with the aim of instilling Values and discipline in the children.

 

He explains that they will be conducting similar sessions during school holidays as a way to shape the future of children. He thanked Fazilah Nambuya for sponsoring the program by providing allowances for the teachers plus Scholastic Materials.

 

 

Salim Sulaiman Wekesa said the children have been trained on history of Islam, Discipline, hadith among other concepts. He called on pupils to portray a clear image outside school and be exemplary in uplifting the Islamic faith.

 

Safina bint Issa and Sharif Bin Musa all pupils who benefited from the arrangement applauded their Islamic teachers plus the sponsors for sacrificing resources to teach them.

 

Nambuya Fazila, the sponsor of the program says she has a dream of instilling Values and discipline in children. She explains that discipline, religion and education are key factors in success urging parents to invest in their children by showing them a clear religious path.
