Jude Mike Mudoma, the new Masaba cultural leader ( Umukuka III) has called for reconciliation with the other parallel faction led by Wagabyalile Amram.
He made this appeal on Saturday 14th October, 2023 during his official installment as Umukuka III at Mutoto cultural site.
Mudoma says that the parallel faction led by John Amuram Wagabyalile must come and work together with his team for the development of Bamasaba.
Peace Mutuzu, the State minister for culture expressed her happiness with the installment.
She thanked Bamasaba for taking her advice of sitting together to agree on one person after taking three years in conflicts and confusion about who was the truly elected Umukuka.
Charles Walimbwa Peke, the prime minister of Masaba cultural institution says that they are going to focus on development after taking three years without a cultural leader.
Mudoma is now III Umukuka after the death of Bob Mushikori the II Umukuka in 2021.
