The Health worker who on Saturday, 11th November, 2023 defiled a 13 year old girl who had gone for treatment at Buwasa Health Centre IV in Sironko district has been identified.
Denis Ephraim Balwaniregha, the Sironko Resident District Commissioner revealed the identity of the horny medic as Andrew Masiliwa while speaking to our reporter on phone in an exclusive interview on Wednesday, 15th November, 2023.
Balwaniregha says they sent their police yesterday, Wednesday to arrest him but they discovered that he has not been in the station since Monday this week.
He adds that they are going to use all means to arrest him and be taken to courts of law such that others can take that as an example.
One of the staff at Buwasa Health Center IV who preferred anonymity told this reporter that he has no doubt if they have alleged that it was Masiliwa who defiled the minor patient.
He adds that this becomes the fifth related case saying the suspect has been raping women who come to the Health Center for antennal and medical services.
The source also says that Masiliwa committed the latest offence when he had already been given a transfer letter to another destination which he did not disclose over the same vices after locals complained.
