Official work has been paralyzed at Luwero Town Council after unnamed mortuary workers dumped two decomposing bodies at the entrance of the Town Council offices.
Officials could not access their offices today, 6th December, 2023 since the entrance was blocked by the two bodies coupled with the uncontrollable stench.
It’s alleged that casual workers, responsible for burying bodies in Luweero, are protesting the delayed payment of their wages and disrespect.
However, by early afternoon, the bodies were removed and conveyed back to the mortuary on a motorcycle.
