One of the daughters of slain Kampala based tycoon, Katanga has turned herself in before Nakawa Chief Magistrate’s Court to be charged in relation to her father’s murder.

Martha Nkwanzi was issued with a warrant of arrest on Monday this week by the presiding Chief Magistrate, Elias Kakooza. She is to face charges of destroying valuable evidence in the shooting of businessman Henry Katanga.

Nkwanzi had evaded prosecution since November last year when her lawyers informed the court that she was being treated for postpartum trauma at Rosewell Hospital.

Nkwanzi will now join her sister, Patricia Kakwanza, Dr, Charles Otai and George Amanyire in Luzira Prisons.
