A Police Sniffer dog has successfully helped its bosses track and identify a suspect in the murder of a 27 year old woman in Kabarole District.
According to a brief Police statement issued on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, the 27-year-old Ahimbisibwe Provia was found dead in her bedroom in the morning of today, Tuesday.
The police were alerted after Provia’s mother-in-law, Kyokushaba Oliver, discovered her body in the bedroom.
When the police sniffer dog was introduced to the scene, it led the investigators to the home of Beinomugisha Alosious, who is suspected of committing the crime and is currently on the run.
