Mourners were shocked on Thursday 16, January 2025 after it was revealed that Col. Badru Kiggwe is survived with over forty children and twelve wives.
The deceased who has been heading Operation Wealth Creation scheme in Kyotera district was buried yesterday, 16 January 2025 at his ancestral home in Kamengo zone, Mpigi district.
The deceased was lowered in the grave at half past 5pm following long speeches from local politicians. Before lowering his body in the grave, he was accorded gun salutes since he was a full colonel.
His burial was attended by high ranking army officers including Maj. Gen. Silver Kayemba and retired traffic police boss, Dr. Steven Kasiima among others.
At time of his death, Col. Badru Kiggwe had already performed pilgrimage to Mecca earning him a title of a Hajj.
