MTN Uganda has announced that it is having some disruptions in its Internet services.
This is contained in a brief statement issued today, Wednesday, 5th March, 2025 by the company.

Kampala, Uganda – March 05th, 2025. MTN Uganda wishes to inform our valued customers that we are currently experiencing intermittent internet services due to a fiber cut on our Eastern route.
Our technical teams are on ground and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to restore full service.
