BREAKING! UEDCL Gives Amnesty Period for Normalization of Illegal Connections

Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited, (UEDCL) has offered an Olive leaf to all customers with illegal connections, bypassed and tampered meters.

In a statement dated Wednesday, 23^rd July, 2025, UEDCL says the period for normalization of such connections starts from 23^rd July from 8:00AM to 5:00PM 30^th September, 2025.

The registration for this campaign is free and all customers with illegal connections are advised to utilize this opportunity before the law catches up with them.
