At least three people have been confirmed dead after an unknown thugs attacked and killed them before setting fire on their Toyota Hiace (Drone).
It’s reported the killed were suspected of being the cattle thugs terrorizing the area. The horrible incident occurred On November 21,2025 in the wee hours of Friday morning in Diobe village, Metino Parish, Abuku Sub-county, in Koboko District.
Locals say the attack occurred at around 2am when unidentified attackers stopped a tourist vehicle registration number UA 186BP and brutally killed three occupants who were inside the car.
Residents revealed that so far, they have lost more than 300 cattle in the past few months due to such thefts and apparently live in fear for their lives.
The Police visited the scene and whisked away bodies of the deceased persons to Koboko hospital mortuary for postmortem as investigations into the murder continue.
