MBALE CITY
Mustafa Kaziba alias Mudogo aged 35 years of age has allegedly murdered his girlfriend, 23-year-old Shamira Nagudi.
The incident occurred on Friday night, 27th November, 2025 in Wagagai Cell, Nkoma Ward, Northern City Division, Mbale City.
According to Yahaya Were, Deputy Resident City Commissioner of Northern City Division, the suspect accused the deceased of having other lovers, leading to domestic violence.
He says that during the violence, Kaziba murdered his girlfriend using a knife.
The body was taken to Mbale city mortuary for postmortem as investigations continue.
Elgon region police spokesperson, Rogers Taitika confirmed the incident when contacted and promised to provide more details later.
