His Royal Highness Kwar Adhola, Moses Stephen Owor, has announced a significant cabinet reshuffle in the Tieng Adhola cultural institution, reducing the number of ministers from 36 to a streamlined 17.
This strategic decision taken on Tuesday, 7th April, 2026 reflects the need for a more agile team capable of driving progress and advancing the goals of the esteemed cultural body.
During a press briefing held at his palace, Kwar Adhola expressed his gratitude to the outgoing ministers for their dedicated service.
He noted that the previously larger cabinet played a crucial role in promoting and popularizing the Tieng Adhola cultural institution across the broader Padhola region.
“As we move forward, a leaner cabinet is essential to foster greater collaboration with our Royal advisors, community leaders, and all Nyikwayi Adhola,” he emphasized.
The newly formed cabinet includes a Prime Minister (Jago), four Deputy Prime Ministers, and 12 ministers, all of whom have been charged with steering the Tieng Adhola cultural institution towards achieving its key objectives.
In addition to the cabinet reduction, the number of Royal advisors has been expanded from 22 to 34, a decision aimed at harnessing a diverse range of expertise and perspectives.
With these changes, Kwar Adhola is setting the stage for a dynamic and productive chapter in the Tieng Adhola cultural institution, one that aligns with the aspirations of the people it serves.
The newly appointed leaders are now tasked with not only upholding the rich traditions of the Padhola region but also driving innovation and progress in a rapidly changing world.
