President Museveni has brought to an end any hopes Prof. Lawrence Muganga had of retaining his earlier appointment as State Minister for Internal Affairs by appointing a PLU Mobilizer for Greater Mpigi Region.
Confirming the appointment of Hon. Juma Witonze Kisekka as the new State Minister for Internal Affairs, PLU went on its official X-Handle with a congratulatory message.
