JUST IN: FULL LIST: President Museveni Promotes 50 UPDF Officers

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, also Commander in Chief of armed Forces has confirmed and promoted 50 Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) officers.

This was revealed by the Defence Forces Spokesperson; Brig. General Felix Kulayigye in a press release dated today, 4^th October 2023.

“H.E the President and Commander in Chief of the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces has promoted and confirmed Acting ranks of Senior and Junior officers’ of the UPDF as follows,” reads Kulayigye’s statement.
