A man who has been working in Kenya and came back on 23rd October 2023 is the number one suspect for the murder of his 19 year old brother whose body he allegedly later hanged on a roof.
The deceased is known as Musale Kamoni, a resident of Landi Cell, Laso Ward, Bumbo Town Council in Namisindwa District.
According to Michael Koyi, one of the neighbors, the body was discovered by neighbors on Tuesday morning, 24th October 2023 while dangling at the roof but with blood stains all over his clothes.
He added that this gave them suspicion that he might have been murdered before his body was hanged on the roof to distort evidence.
Joseph Musundi LCI defense secretary says, Philip Musale. the brother to the deceased has been working in neighboring Kenya.
Musundi adds that Musale came back on Monday, 23rd October, 2023 and ordered his brother (deceased) to vacate his house but the latter resisted which might have forced him to kill the brother.
