Office of the National Chairman (ONC) Manager, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo has appointed Oyo Arafat, commonly known as Karapenge the new ONC Teso Sub Region Coordinator.
Oyo who has been championing the mobilization of votes for President Museveni will now be taking over the position previously held by Julius Enyalu who has been appointed Deputy Resident City Commissioner, Soroti City.
Arafat’s appointment takes immediate effect and he says he is ready to take on his new responsibilities.
Oyo has also been appointed Assistant Resident District Commissioner for Bukedea district.
