John Paul Okanya, the former LC 3 Chairperson Osukuru Sub County has shot himself twice on the chest.
The reason for this attempted suicide that took place on Thursday morning, 12th December, 2024 at his home in Osukuru hasn’t been established.
According to a source, Okanya is currently admitted in Mbale Regional Referral Hospital for medical attention as he was disarmed after the incident.
