Police Hunts for Alien Skin over Alleged Murder Charges

Katwe Police are investigating a murder case that occurred in Kizungu Zone, Luwafu Parish, Makindye Division.

 

Namuwaya Wilfred, alias “Top Dancer,” formerly linked to Fangone Forest, was assaulted and later died on September 22, 2025, at Mulago Hospital.

 

Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson SSP Patrick Onyango says that according to reports, Namuwaya was picked up from his Ndeeba residence on 20 September 2025 by someone identified as Musomali, linked to Fangone Forest, and taken to the forest.

 

“While there it is alleged that Mulwana Patrick, alias Alien Skin, allegedly instructed his team to discipline Namuwaya for leaving the forest without permission. The group severely assaulted Namuwaya, who was later abandoned in Mpomba Zone and rushed to Mulago Hospital by Good Samaritan for treatment where he was confirmed dead on 22 September 2025.” Said SSP Onyango.

 

The police are working to apprehend the suspects, including Mulwana Patrick, alias Alien Skin, and others identified as Commander Mudogo, Ibra Kabadiya, and Mijagulo.

 

The Fangone Forest gang has reportedly been involved in assaulting former subscribers and others over the past two weeks, with many victims fearing to report due to potential harm.
