A 60 year old man said to have memory lapses has gone missing having been last seen at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
According to ASP Luke Owoyesigyire, Deputy Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan police’s statement issued on Sunday, 15th February, 2026, Musinguzi Geofrey is now actively being sought for by Wandegeya and Mulago police.
He quotes family members as saying that Musinguzi has memory problems and requests anyone who sees him to inform the nearest police station or contact Wandegeya Police on 0393 206519 or 0784 985207.
