He is to be arraigned in court soon on charges of forgery, uttering forged documents and impersonation.” Said ASP Kasadha.

Two other suspects are still at large but efforts to have them arrested are underway.

Statements have been recorded from the school management, parents, and some of the affected students. Exhibits including suspected forged bank slips have been recovered and submitted for forensic examination.

Police also held a stakeholders meeting involving the school Board, parents, students and Police to establish facts and ensure a transparent process.

As can be recalled the matter was also raised on the floor of Parliament on Tuesday 7th October 2026 by the Bubulo East member of Parliament Musila John, MP Bubulo East.
