A State Attorney in Nebbi District has this morning, 19th October, 2026 been found dead at his residence.
The lifeless body of Emmanuel Naguyo was discovered by a colleague after inquiries about his whereabouts at the office.
“His body was found by a colleague at his residence in Nebbi today at about 10:00AM following inquiries about his absence from this Monday morning,” says Jacquelyn Okui ODPP’s Public Relations Officer.
The cause and exact time of death are yet to be ascertained through a postmortem.
