A Uganda People’s Defence Force soldier is in deep trouble after allegedly defiling a 4 year old girl and now threatening the parents who reported him to police.
Information reaching this website indicates that the soldier in question is Edward Musoke Kabwana, a resident of Kasenyi in Entebbe Municipality. Musoke is alleged to have defiled the 4 year old girl (Name withheld for obvious reasons) on 10th February, 2023 and a police case No:15/10/02/2023 was opened at Kasenyi Police Station.
A police Medical report shared on twitter by a concerned resident, shows that a police surgeon examined the kid on 11th February, 2023 and confirmed the rapture of the girl’s hymen and bloody discharge.
The concerned resident claims the officer is still at large and threatening the girl’s parents thereby effectively slowing down the investigations.
“Edward Musoke Kabwana attached to SFC kasenyi Entebbe,U defiled a 4yr old girl,the parents hv tried to report every where bt not helped, u are now scaring them bse u hv guns! SAD!!!” reads the whistleblower twitter statement.
In response however, Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Police Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan says the suspect is a UPDF soldier but not attached to SFC and that he has already been arrested.
“He is a UPDF soldier not attached to sfc , he is in custody at Entebbe Police Station . An investigation into the allegation of defilement is on,” Oweyesigyiere said.
In a video already trending on twitter, the 4 year old narrates how the soldier defiled her.
“I want him to be jailed. He put his nsusu on my nsusu and blood came out,” the kid says in Luganda.
“He got me at home and then asked me for water. After that he took me to his home, and put his nsusu on mine, on my knicker… I want him to be jailed,” she says in a burred video interview obviously taken by a concerned resident.
