BUTEBO: Secondary School Staff Members Arrested for Theft of School Computers

Two staff members of Kaginima Seed Secondary School are cooling off in Police cells on allegations of breaking into a Computer Lab and making off with computers.

The duo; Abdul Kamusyo, the ICT teacher and Luuka Lipota, a watchman are suspected to stolenĀ  11 display monitors and 19 CPUs worth 80 million shillings.

 

The incident happened over the weekend at night according to Emily Alaso Immaculate, the police spokesperson of the North Bukedi region.

 

According to Alaso, they suspect these two staff of having an idea adding that they are going to help police in investigations.

 

She adds that they have summoned Ronald Buyi, the head teacher, to come and make a statement to police as police continue with investigations.
