A 35 year old man has died after a piece of meat chocked him at the home of his brother In-law today, 21st October 2023.
The shocking incident happened this morning at Sharamuka village, Kamusayi parish, Bumbo town council in Namisindwa district.
It was reported that Ronald Sikoboi, the deceased visited his sister, Merida Muyama and was given food with meat but while he was eating, it chocked him.
During the process, his sister and brother in law boxed him in the chest with the intention of forcing the piece of meat out.
Unfortunately, the piece of meat refused to come and he was rushed to Magale health center III for treatment but later died at the entry of the gate.
Alfred Lusabe, the LCI chairperson of Sharamuka village confirmed the incident saying that the body of Sikoboi is at his ancestral home.
