Mbale residents and Ugandans at large have been urged to embrace Cambridge curriculum education system as a way of equipping their children with quality education.
This was revealed by Evelyn Mbusa, the Principal of Dawn International School located at Senior Quarters in Mbale City while speaking to the media on Tuesday, 14th November, 2023 during a press conference at the school presmises.
According to Mbusa, Cambridge is the best curriculum people must embrace because it teaches children from a lower level about practicality.
She adds that children from International schools are trained on music, arts, how to make toy vehicles, sports activities among others which are not in the Uganda government curriculum.
Mbusa says that they teach children how to start working but not looking for jobs which developed countries are doing now.
James Nyeko, heading the curriculum at the school says that they are planning to expand their school with a new building such that it can accommodate the number of students they are expecting to get next year.
