The territorial police in Pallisa district have started investigations in a case of aggravated defilement which was reported on the 25th of November 2025 by Emmanuel Okurut aka Abraham, a resident of Kalalaka A Cell, West Ward, Pallisa Town Council in Pallisa district.
According to Wilfred Kyempasa, the Bukedi North region police spokesperson, the victim is a 4 year old minor and resident of Kalalaka A cell.
He stated that on Tuesday, at Kalalaka B cell in Pallisa district, the victim left their home to play with other children. While playing, a man known to her by appearance called her to an incomplete building and sexually harassed her.
Kyempasa adds that the victim made an alarm which attracted her colleagues and neighbors who responded but found when the suspect had taken off.
The victim was found naked and bleeding from the private part and she led those who responded to the scene where her knickers, blouse and skirt were removed. The scene was visited by a team of police officers from Pallisa CPS and SOCCO who documented the scene.
He says the K9 unit was introduced to trace but no development was observed. Statements recorded from the witnesses and reporters and PF3A issued to the victim under case number CRB 662/2025.
