The Namisindwa District LCV Chairperson-elect, Emma Bwayo, celebrated the swearing-in of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at his home together with his campaign coordinators and friends.
The celebration was held at Bwayo’s home in Mutongo Village, Buwasunguyi Parish, Namabya Sub-county in Namisindwa District as a gesture of appreciation for the dedication, resilience, and commitment shown by his coordinators during the election period.
Speaking to the gathering, Bwayo revealed that although he had received an invitation to attend the national celebrations at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds, he chose to remain in the district and celebrate the occasion with the people who stood with him throughout the campaign.
He praised his coordinators for enduring humiliation, pressure, and various challenges during the political struggle, noting that their determination and sacrifice greatly contributed to the victory achieved.
