The State House Anti-Corruption Unit has arrested and presented to court Ahebwa Eric for creating a fake transfer form and fraudulently obtained a land title.
Ahabwe who appeared before the KCCA Magistrate Court today, Tuesday, 22nd July 2025, allegedly together with others who are still at large allegedly committed these offenses on January 3, 2018, at the KCCA Ministry Zonal Office in Kampala.
According to the charge sheet, the group created a false transfer form, with the intent to deceive or defraud, and subsequently, fraudulently obtained a certificate of title for land located in Kyadondo Block 255, Plot 389, at Munyonyo.
He was charged of Forgery, Uttering False Documents, and Fraudulent Procurement of a Certificate of Title.
