Naomi Nakawala, the Mbale Deputy Resident District Commissioner has been transferred to Buyende district.
While speaking to our reporter today Saturday, 27th September, 2025 in an exclusive interview, Nakawala confirmed her transfer and says she has been replaced by Samuel Kashaka who has been deputy RDC of Buyende district.
She appreciated the people of Mbale for the good working relationship they have accorded her while serving as deputy RDC in Mbale.
Nakawala pledged to mobilise for President Museveni and NRM candidates in Buyende to make sure that they win all the positions in the coming 2026 general elections.
