Parliament of Uganda has constituted an Appointments Committee headed by the Speaker and deputized by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament.

The Appointments Committee was constituted on Thursday, 28^th May, 2026 with the Leader of Opposition, Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi being a critical member.
