The Bardege, Layibi Division MP, Gulu City has just signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Party.
Hon. Martin Ojara Mapenduzi who recently resigned from chairing the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament, a position assigned to him by opposition National Unity Platform Party signed the MOU today 22nd June 2023.
The ceremony was witnessed by the NRM Party Chief Whip at Parliament, Hon. Hamson Obua and the Party’s Secretary General, Hon. Richard Todwong.
On Wednesday, NRM Party took the opposition by surprise when it appointed Mapenduzi Chairperson Committee on Public Service and Local Government.
